Bron's 60th Birthday Blog hop #4 - CASEing a page in the 60s - Sunkissed

Welcome to a very special blog hop. We're a group of stamping friends that are celebrating my very fabulous friend Bron's 60th Birthday in 2022 with six blog hops, over six months, with six fun themes! This month's we are CASEing (Copy and Selectively Edit) a card from pages in the 60s of the 2022-23 Annual Catalogue.

I chose to base my design on a card box on page 69. I loved the simplicity of the design using simple shapes and beautiful paper.

I have used the new Sunkissed stamp set. This is perfect for lots of summery occasions including birthdays and Christmas. I love a set that has multiple uses!

My card base and envelope are from the Kraft Note Cards and Envelopes pack. I have used paper from the Sun Prints Designer Series Paper pack and topped it off with some of the new Silver Threaded Twine. Isn't it fab!

I lightly coloured my image in using watercolour pencils. And that about all there is to it. It is pretty simple but I like the natural feel to it.

Make sure you continue the hop to check out lots of fab ideas. I love seeing how my crafty friends take inspiration from our fabulous catalogue. Next up my lovely friend Tina Gillespie. I know she will wow you!

  1. Lou, I love your colour scheme. The blue and white loo so fresh against the Kraft paper and the rope is very nautical.
