Welcome to the our first Just Add Ink challenge for 2026. To kick off the year we are showcasing our creations with a blog hop and are asking you to Just Add Something Seasonal.
For me seasonal means the time of year and what that entails. Currently it is our summer holidays and for me that is all about a reset, refresh and getting ready for the year ahead. To kick start that I have made a start on refreshing my birthday card stash with this fun notecard.
I've kept it really simple .... how I roll in the middle of a very hot and humid summer .... and let the few design elements do all of the hard work.
I have used several Online Exclusive products from Stampin' Up! - Lasting Linen stamp, On Display dies and the Just A Note bundle. These products are not in any catalogue and are available while stocks last. Oh and how fortuitous was it that the sentiment from the Branching Out stamp set fit perfectly on the stamped lines! And to stay on theme I've used Summer Splash cardstock and ink!
I love the simplicity of this design. I must admit that my head isn't really in the game at the moment. I'm still in my summer, relaxing vibe so simple was all I could come up with. Sometimes simple is absolutely perfect!
Next up your are off to visit Kerry. I know you will adore her fun summer card.
Make sure you hop around for lots of inspiration or you can pop on over to the Just Add Ink page to see the full list and how all the other Design Team members added something seasonal. Why not enter your own creation? We always love seeing them!
