Funky Folds September 2025 Blog Hop - Happy Place Majestic M Fold Card

 

Welcome to the September 2025 Funky Folds Blog Hop. We are a group of like-minded paper crafters who love to make cards with funky folds. Funky actually means "modern and stylish in an unconventional or striking way"... so we are featuring cards that are not your usual rectangle/square portrait or landscape style. Think 'easel', 'pop-up', 'gatefold', 'z-fold', 'shaped' or 3D cards etc. The list is endless. 

All Blog Hops have an 'anything goes' theme using any type of 'funky' card fold. This month I've made Majestic M Fold Card featuring some of the new Online Exclusive products. This card fold was invented by Susan Campfield. You can see her post and videos here. I have changed the measurements to suit A4 cardstock and added my own spin on the design. I made a portrait version earlier this week. You can check it out here. 

It's a really great fold and perfect for any special occasion. I have used the Happy Place stamp set from the new September-December 2025 Mini Catalogue from Stampin' Up!.

That gorgeous paper is called Modern Christmas Designer Series Paper and part of the new Online Exclusive offerings. I love that it works for birthdays ....

.... as well as for Christmas. I have used the same piece of paper but simply used a different side on each card. Love it when my products do double duty!

This card design is one that we will making in my September card classes. I love that I can prepare one kit and the attendees have the choice to use either side of the DSP to suit them.

The back of each card has plenty of space to write a message as well!
