Welcome back for another Colour INKspiration challenge. This inspiration picture which has inspired our colour palette was chosen by Crew Member, Bronwyn Eastley.
We have just entered winter here in Australia and while I live in the tropical part ... it's cold .... for us! Not quite snow weather like in this fab pic, but still cold. Full disclosure ... I feel like I need to break out my snow gear if it gets below 15°C (59°CF)!
So here is my fun Birdhouse Easel Card. It start flat .....
.... then it stands up for display. Cute hey!
The card is a standard size and has the front edge scored at 2.5 cm (1"). I like to raise the easel stopper on a double layer of foam adhesive sheets so that it really holds the card upright strongly. I die cut 2 each of the birdhouse and swirly posts so that I could add a thick cardboard strip in between to help the birdhouse stand straight. Your strip just needs to be the width of the swirly post. I use the cardboard that comes with some paper packs.
The Country Birdhouse and Country Flowers stamp and die sets really make decorating cards like this fun. You can easily change the colour scheme and add different details depending on the look you are after.
And guess what? Until the end of June you can get an extra 10% off each bundle. How great is that! You can find it in my online store
here.
