Colour INKspiration Challenge #116 - Forever Blossoms

 


I am running a bit late .... it has been an extremely wet week here on the Sunshine(less) Coast, with lots of flooding. So, on this very wet day I finally had a chance to finish my card for our latest Colour INKspiration challenge. We have a gorgeous set of colours for you. 


I started off with the idea of making tulips from watercoloured paper in the challenge colours and ended up with cherry blossoms! I was looking for some Designer Series Paper with Smoky Slate in it and found the gorgeous Symbols of Fortune pack and ... well .... it just said .... 'please add cherry blossoms'. Not one to argue with DSP, I dug out my Forever Blossoms stamp set and Cherry Blossoms dies and away I went.


I had forgotten about the products and how much I loved them. The sentiments are really lovely too and look fab embossed in gold.

Then you have 12 days from today to make and upload your creation to the Facebook Colour INKspiration Group. You don't have to have a blog to participate but if you do you can link back to your post. Make sure you use all of the challenge colours. You can also use neutrals such as Basic White, Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake, Sahara Sand and Basic Black as well as Metallics.
