Colour INKspiration Challenge #112 - Giving Gifts dies

 

Hi and welcome to our latest Colour INKspiration challenge. We have a bushy Australian Christmas colour scheme for this challenge. Check it out.

I was a bit unsure of how I was going to approach this challenge. Everything I tried was giving off  traffic light vibes! So I added in some more Basic White ... hey presto ... my traffic light vibe transformed to a Christmas vibe! 

I was really pleased with how it all turned out in the end. The Giving Gifts dies arrived in my last order so I thought I would crack them open. I die cut the sleigh scene from a tag from the Tailor Made Tags dies the die cut in the reindeers in Gray Granite and stuck them on. 

This tag could be added to a card front and also works on a gift box as I have used it here.  Some paper from the Whimsy and Wonder Designer Series Paper helps dress it up. I added in some foliage and flowers using Merriest Frames Hybrid Embossing Folder set. Oh I love that set!

Now that I have got my head in the game I think I will be able to create more tags like this! Just needed that spark of an idea!
