Stamp Review Crew - Sale-a-bration 2

 

Welcome back to another Stamp Review Crew blog hop. The Stamp Review Crew is a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world that get together on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month for a blog hop. For this hop we are featuring items from the August/September 2021 Sale-a-bration catalogue. I love the Delicate Dahlias stamp set so couldn't resist giving you another reason to get it (for FREE with qualifying purchases until the end of September).

This is a stamp set that you can use for techniques ranging from simple to advanced. And if you are short on time, you can simply stamp with them like I have done in this quick and easy card design.

I like to stamp the filled in stamp first and then add the outline stamp over the top. Here's a handy tip for you - orientate the 2 stamps the same way and add a dot in permanent marker at the top. Makes it so much easier to line up!

The small flowers are really sweet too. I like to add the ink to my stamp with a blending brush for these type of detailed stamps. I find that you get a really good impression that way.

The Delicate Dahlias stamp set has some really great sentiments too. I have used a label from the Succulents dies for this one and adding in some Glittered Organdy Ribbon for a touch of subtle sparkle.
