Welcome back to another Stamp Review Crew blog hop. The Stamp Review Crew is a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world that get together on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month for a blog hop. Each hop we showcase one stamp set and show you just how much you can do with it. You can find the complete list of all the crew hopping today here. Get ready for lots of inspiration and lots of reasons to use (or buy😊) this stamp set! Currently you are visiting Lou Kitzelman on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. Hi!
For this hop we are featuring Sale-a-bration items. I am featuring the A Touch of Ink stamp set.
This is a large stamp set and to earn it for FREE you need to spend $180 AUD. I love the images and sentiments. Having the 2 step stamps makes colouring images so quick. I whipped up 3 cards using the set.
Each card has a base of Oh So Ombre Designer Series Paper which is also something you can earn for FREE during Sale-a-bration. It certainly made designing my cards easy. I pulled out the matching inks in Bermuda Bay, Rococo Rose and Granny Apple Green and teamed them with Basic Black.
The inside of my card is really simple but of course you could easily add mats to dress it up.
I had intended to stamp the images all over the Basic White piece of cardstock but then my eyes locked onto the Painted Texture 3D embossing folder and I knew that was the winner!
I earned the products for free when I ordered from the new January-June 2021 Mini Catalogue. Of course you can order from any current catalogue though. The labels I have used are from the Potted Succulents dies. Buy the Simply Succulents bundle it is part of and you have earned the DSP I have used.
Oh and if you think your eyes have gone funny when you look at my Granny Apple Green card - no - they haven't. The panel is wonky. Just as I was placing it on my card front my very naughty cat started to nibble my toes. Turns out I can't shriek and adhere card mats at the same time! Oops! Of course it was dinner time so who can blame a cat!
Make sure you hop around to see what all the crew have done with this gorgeous stamp set. Next up you are off to visit my very creative friend Jay Soriano. He will definitely have something to wow you!
