Just Add Ink #531 - Just Add an Inspiration Pic

Ahhhh! Happy Friday! Let's kick the weekend off with a challenge from Just Add Ink. We have an inspiration pic this week to get your creativity started. I just happened to have chosen this pic! You can take inspiration from it in anyway that strikes you - it may be the colours, layout or theme - whatever gives you inspiration!

So I loved the colours, layout and Christmas theme so .... I pretty  much took inspiration from the whole pic! I have made this fun Platform Card fold designed by my friend Nicole Wilson and it is part of The Dimensionals November Tutorial Bundle. You can find details at the end of this post about the bundle.

It is a bit tricky to photograph .... but trust me .... it is a fab fold and perfect for Christmas. Whoever you send this to will definitely want to stand it up for display. 

It's called a Platform Card because you lower the platform to create the stand. So much fun!

You can see here how the card folds flat to fit into a standard envelope. 

And on the back you can see the tab that helps it stand up and also the message panel. I have used this great sentiment from the Joy to the World Paper Pumpkin Kit.

I had so much fun creating this card. I have used the Stitched Triangles Dies and the Joy Dies  plus several embossing folders. They just jazzed up each tree.

My card base is made with Whisper White cardstock and a piece of the woodgrain paper from the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper  pack.
