Welcome back for another Colour INKspiration challenge. I missed the last challenge - #wheredidmysparetimego! For this and the next few challenges we are celebrating the new 2020-22 InColors from Stampin' Up!. For this challenge we are celebrating Cinnamon Cider. It goes so well with lots of colours and is quite a versatile dark neutral colour.
The cats and dogs on this DSP are just so adorable and full of personality. You know I've named them all! How can you not! I started with with the background pieces in black and white with the words on them, added in my Real Read and Whisper White panels and merrily started cutting out the cute cats and dogs to pop on my card. The whole Playful Pets Suite is adorable and just perfect for a card fold like this. They really get to show off their personalities.
The sentiment is from the Pampered Pets bundle and that gorgeous Real Red Ribbon is in the Playful Pets Ribbon Trim Combo Pack. Don't you love the black kitty chasing the ball of wool? I thougth that the Whisper White panel on the card front was a bit plain so I embossed it with the Old World Paper 3D embossing folder. I figured that is how paper ends up around my cat Millie! The card folds flat to fit into a square envelope.
And don't you just love the paw prints? They were made using the die in the Pampered Pets bundle on the Whisper White mat with Crumb Cake behind it. So fun!
So make sure you check out the other Design Team Members and how they used these colours! We'd love to see your take on this colour combo too!
