I didn't have a lot of time to create my card for this hop. I am typing this with minutes to spare till kick off! Yesterday my box of Stampin' Up! products was delivered. It had lots of lovely new products from the new 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue, due to be launched on June 3. So of course I wanted to make a card using something from that box. Slight problem .... everything was too pretty and I just couldn't stop at just one card!
Firstly ..... swoon ..... that In Good Taste Designer Series Paper (DSP). Divine! It has the most beautiful patterns and pictures on it and it just makes you want to touch it. As usual I loved both sides of the paper so came up with a way to use both. Let me show you the first card and I will explain my cutting method later.
There are so many beautiful pieces in this DSP pack so I just had to make another card! This time I have featured the new Magenta Madness and added in these cute Mason Jar shaker domes.
The shaker domes fit perfectly into the shape left when you punch out the jar. I have added in some Flowers for Every Season gems and this fab ribbon is also in the combo pack. LOVE!
To get the wall and table effect (hope you picked up on that effect), I needed to do some cutting. I started by cutting a strip off the DSP sheet that was 9.5 cm wide. I then cut it into two 14.8 cm lengths. The DSP patterns that you see on each card feature the front and back of one piece of paper. To do this (and I did practice on scrap first!), you stack the 2 pieces of DSP on top of each other with one of each pattern facing up. That's a bit hard to understand isn't it? Note to self .... leave more time next time .... a pic would explain. For example on this card stack your 2 pieces of DSP with one having the bricks facing up and the other with the grey stone effect facing up. Then cut across your pile of 2 on the diagonal. Then you swap the bottom pieces over and they fit together as you see on my cards.
So I had another set of DSP left over and ..... I was itching to use the Forever Fern bundle. Oh man, it is gorgeous. I really was running out of time so I just used the dies from the Forever Flourishing Dies with this Cinnamon Cider (another new InColor) pot (jar). The darker green is the most beautifullest (yep a new word) green - the new Just Jade! I think it was made for me!

To purchase the products I've used today you can click any of the direct links in the text above or click the 'Shop Online' tab at the top of this page. Both ways will get you directly to my online store, where you are only minutes away from getting products delivered straight to you door.
I've combined 2 of the new InColors, Bumble Bee and Misty Moonlight with the Jar of Flowers stamp set and the coordinating Jar punch. I don't have the new inks so I have used a darker ink to stamp on the new cardstock. Oh and what about that twine? That is from the Flowers for Every Season combo pack. So pretty!
For this card I simply fussy cut the flowers and stems and arranged them as if they were laying on a table.
This is the most simple out of the 4 and is my favourite! The metallic strip down the side is the new Brass Foil sheets. Works beautifully with Cinnamon Cider.
The ribbon is from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo pack. So many pretties!
I haven't added links to the products as they are not live yet but you can always purchase them from my online store from June 3. If you can't wait till June 3rd to get them there is an easy way to get them now. Join my Stampin' Up! team! You will find details here and of course you can always contact me too. And if you would like a catalogue, please let me know so I can get one to you.
Phew! I think that's enough from me today! I should tell you how these cards relate to our theme of sunshine I guess before I post! Well ..... receiving an everlasting bunch of flowers is sure to make anyone feel happy, and the sender/maker will feel like they are spreading sunshine by making others happy. Just nod!
