Colour INKspiration Challenge #76 - Forever Blossoms

Welcome back to our latest Colour INKspiration challenge. We welcome Sharon Dalton as our Guest Designer so make sure you check out her creation. We have some Autumn inspired colours for this challenge. Perfect for the season here in Australia.

Once I wrapped my head around the colours, I made this fun 3D Z fold card. My talented friend and fellow CI crew member, Bronwyn Eastley, did a great tutorial for this fun fold. You can find the information about it here. It was part of The Dimensionals February Tutorial Bundle. I love that you learn how to make a fold and then can use so many different stamp and die sets for different results.

Now you might be wondering if I actually used the colours! Well I did but just in a light strength. I often tell you that if you are having trouble using our challenge colours together you can try changing the proportion of each colour used. Well with that idea in mind, I watered down each colour when I was watercolouring my images. Cherry Cobbler gives the most gorgeous pink tones when water is added.

This card fold is a great one to give to someone special who likes to stand cards up for display. It does fold flat to fit into an envelope too.

The back has a good space to add a message too.

I really do love this card fold and love how this version turned out. I am sure I could tell you lots more about it ..... but today I am just not into blogging!
