Just Add Ink #491 - Just Add Inspiration

We have a fab, beachy inspiration pic to get your creativity flowing for this week's challenge at Just Add ink.

Isn't that a fun pic. Perfect Australian beach weather! I decided to make a cute beach bag filled with note cards.

The All Dressed Up dies have this great little bag die in it, along with the tag. It fits 8 cm (3") square envelopes and matching gift cards into it to make a sweet gift. You will find all of the products that I have used to make this fun gift here.

I have used the Tropical Oasis Designer Series Paper to make the bag. Well ..... I actually  used one of the pieces from the sample pack that new demonstrators can get when signing up at the moment - ask me how!. I loved the combination of the 2 sides. These 2 patterns are in the Tropical Oasis pack but not together.

Isn't the inside of the bag pretty too! I used a strip of it on the outside of the bag for extra detail.

The gift cards are really simple. A piece of DSP, and the label from the All Dressed Up dies with a sentiment from the Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set. A tiny bit of braided linen trim add a tiny detail. The sweet envelopes have a strip of DSP and the same sentiment stamped on it. Easy!

Gift giving was never so easy! I've added a tag with a stamp from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set and a linen thread bow.

Make sure you pop on over to the Just Add Ink page to see how all the other Design Team members were inspired by this pic. Why not enter your own creation? We always love seeing them!

  2. What a gorgeous little gift Lou! Those papers are absolutely stunning and I love the way you used a bright one for the inside of the bag and a dark one for the outside. The braided linen trip handles are genius and the cards coordinate perfectly! Vickyu x
