Stamp Review Crew - Forever Lovely

Welcome back to another Stamp Review Crew blog hopThe Stamp Review Crew is a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world that get together on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month for a blog hop. Each hop we showcase one stamp set and show you just how much you can do with it. Get ready for lots of inspiration and lots of reasons to use (or buy😊) this stamp set! Currently you are visiting Lou Kitzelman on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. Hi!

For this hop we are featuring Forever Lovely.
This not a stamp set that I own .... but I am sure I will be adding it to my list after I see the gorgeous creations from the crew. I did get to use this stamp set however at the Stampin' Up! OnStage event in November. Demonstrators who attend get to use new, yet to be released products, first and create a card with them. I always have good intentions but ALWAYS come home with each card in pieces! I am always too excited to concentrate. So instead of making the card as it was designed I thought I would made a different design using all of the pieces I stamped and die cut at OnStage.

The floral element is a 2 step stamp. And the flowers are DistINKtive stamps so you get the lighter and darker parts to the image with only one inking. See how the flowers have the darker outline and lighter inside? Cool hey!

And then you can stamp the greenery too. Makes it quick and easy to stamp what looks like a complicated detailed image. The stamp set coordinates with the Lovely flowers Edgelits dies. They  cut cute foliage like the ones used on the card as well as so much more. Check out the rest of the crew to see what else they can do!

I may have just talked myself into buying this bundle!

I thought you might like to see the original design (below left) compared to what I came up with. I used all of the same elements but just in a different way. It was a bit like putting a jigsaw puzzle together a different way!

Make sure you hop around to see what all the crew have done with this gorgeous stamp set. Next up is the fabulous Betty. Can't wait to see how she used this stamp set.
