ESAD Colour Your Seasons blog hop

Hi and welcome to another ESAD (Extra Special Australasian Demonstrators) blog hop. We are all highlighting the products in a very special Stampin' Up! promotion for August. There are 3 limited edition items - you can see them below - Blended Seasons stamp set, Stitched Seasons framelits and Watercolour Pencils Assortment 2.

So let's get on with the hop. Whether you are starting with me or have hopped over from the ever so talented Teneale Williams, you are sure to find 19 reasons to buy these great products! I chose to just show you the watercolour pencils. They include some fabulous new colours and work in well with the first assortment of colours. I has some fun using them with the Better With You stamp set.

I used the Night of Navy, Balmy Blue and Crushed Curry pencils for the bird and Granny Apple Green and Garden Green for the background.

I thought this was quite sweet by itself so just added a few loops of black cord and some scallops from the Petals & More thinlits set. Sometimes less is more!

Then it was time to team the flowers with this diamond drop pattern. I stamped the patterned stamp a few times and then used the different colours to shade them. Somehow I managed to use all 10 pencils on this card!

I had a few offcuts of the cord so added them behind the flower ......

..... and added a scallop edge for a bit of fun!

Can't wait to see what the rest of the girls have made with these 3 fabulous products. Next up you are travelling over the ditch to NZ to visit the cleverly creative Delys Cram.
