Welcome back to another Colour INKspiration challenge. As usual the crew are kicking it off with a blog hop so that you can get some INKspiration. So what do you think of our colours for this challenge?
My aim for this card was to use as many retiring products as possible - makes me feel less guilty about the order of new products that is winging it's way to me! So along with the retiring colours of Always Artichoke and Marina Mist, I have used the Butterfly Basics stamp set ... and this is what I came up with.
Look .... the design is not going to set the creative world on fire but sometimes a pretty, simple and elegant card is enough .... she tells herself several times!
I've used markers to colour in the stamp to get the 2 colours. Once stamped I used my Wink of Stella pen to colour in. I ended up with a few of the flower markings a bit too blurred so I just added them back in the my marker. A few spatters of ink were thrown in for good measure!
INKspired to join the challenge? It's so easy. Firstly, get some INKspiration by hopping around to see what all of the Colour INKspiration Crew have to show you. Then you have 12 days from today to make and upload your creation to the Facebook Colour INKspiration Group. You don't have to have a blog to participate but if you do you can link back to your post. Make sure you use all of the challenge colours. You can also use neutrals such as white, black, Sahara Sand, Crumb Cake and Metallics. Not a member of the Facebook group yet? We can't wait to see what you create with these gorgeous colours.

I love your card - and you're totally right, simple and elegant will always be amazing. Colouring over the markered image with the wink of stella is a brilliant idea!! Stunning card, and I love that it has no sentiment - it really adds to the stunning beauty of the image.
