Stamp Review Crew - Bella and Friends

Welcome back to another Stamp Review Crew blog hop. The Stamp Review Crew is a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world that get together on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month for a blog hop. Each hop we showcase one stamp set and show you just how much you can do with it. Get ready for lots of inspiration and lots or reasons to use (or buy😊) this stamp set!

For this hop we are featuring Bella and Friends.
This is not a stamp set that I own but a lovely, sharing Stampin' Up! friend let me have a play with hers. Thanks Megan! You will see much more creative ideas than mine as you go through the hop. I just simply wanted to colour using my Stampin' Blends and make some sweet, simple cards that show off these cute images. Sometimes simple is best - especially after the busy-ness of Christmas! I am still stuck on my 'same but different' technique. Saves on brain power at this time of year!

I was a bit stuck when I started these cards and had no clue where I was going with the designs so I just started colouring the stamped images. Then I trimmed or die cut and it all went from there. Don't be afraid to vary one simple design that you like. That is what I do if I get creatively stuck. You can see that I used the same basic ideas with all 4 cards.

Some DSP, twine and this cute scallop using one of the new thinlits in the Petals & More thinlits set .......

...... some matted shapes and banners for sentiments ........

..... and some stapled 'kisses' too!

By simply twisting the mats you get a bit of interest.

Make sure you hop around to see what all the crew have done with this gorgeous stamp set. Next up is our crew leader Tanya Boser. She does a wonderful job of organising us all and keeping everything running smoothly. Thanks Tanya for all the hard work you do. Much appreciated! 😘

  4. These re just amazing, Lou! I love the way you used the same materials on each card, yet they are all so different. And the filigree die from the Petals & More Thinlits is the perfect touch!
