Stamp Review Crew - Christmas Quilt

Welcome back to another Stamp Review Crew blog hop. I can't believe this is our last hop for 2017! The Stamp Review Crew is a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world that get together on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month for a blog hop. Each hop we will showcase one stamp set and show you just how much you can do with it.

For this hop we are featuring Christmas Quilt. It has been one of my favourites! It comes with the coordinating Quilt Builder framelits. Did I say how much I love this set?

I love that this set can be used for any occasion. It brings back memories of quilting with my Nana. I can tell you this is a much easier and quicker way to quilt! Last week I made this pizza box. It was one of those projects that I was quite chuffed with (and yes I was giving myself high fives).

I loved it so much I decided to CASE myself and turn the design into a card .....

 ..... or 2!

When I am short of time I often make 2 similar cards. By simply changing the colour scheme and maybe the shape of an element you get another original card without thinking up a new design. Who has time to think at this time of year!

I love the stitched elements in the framelits and the coordinating Quilt Top Textured Impressions Embossing folder. They add such lovely details without adding bulk - perfect for Christmas postage!

I kept the inside fairly simple.

And while I was on a roll (and to use up the die cuts I had strewn around my craft desk) I whipped up these 2 too. Embossing the card base gave extra dimension without having to add a mat. Another time saver!

Here a few other cards that I have made over the last few months with this set. This stamp set is still available so why not buy yourself a little treat for Christmas?

Make sure you hop around to see what all the crew have done with this gorgeous stamp set. Next up is the super creative Debra Burgin.
