What Will You Stamp? - #140 - Letters for you

Welcome to this week's challenge at What Will You Stamp? Each week we feature a different stamp set and start off the challenge by sharing our ideas for using it and then it is over to you. So check out all of the Design Team projects and if you are up for the challenge you can add your projects too. You might even be chosen as our next Guest Designer!

This week we are showcasing Letters for you.

There are so many things you can do with this stamp set and coordinating thinlits bundle - from home decor to decorations for special occasions to scrapbook layouts and everything in between. For my project I have a really simple design. The design in my head was much more detailed, but I settled on the simplicity of this monogram for my planner. Sometimes simple and elegant is best!

This idea to decorate the front of my planner came from my talented friend and fellow Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, Megan Lenske. So it has been on my 'to do' list for months! Megan even gave me the plastic - cut to size. Finally I have managed to get it done. I love my Stampin' Up! planner and now I can protect it. My rather large furry cat has a habit of kicking it off my desk! She feels it is competing with her for space!

Gold on gold on gold was my strategy for this design! Gold embossed letters on Powder Pink cardstock, Gold foil doily and gold metallic thread. Embarrassingly - not much to it. But sometimes you just need a quick project don't you!

Make sure you check out all of the other projects from the other Design Team members and enter your project. We'd love to see what you create.
