What Will You Stamp? - #135

Welcome to this week's challenge at What Will You Stamp? Each week we feature a different stamp set and start off the challenge by sharing our ideas for using it and then it is over to you. This week we are showcasing Merry Cafe.

This stamp set coordinates with the Coffee Cups framelits from the Annual catalogue. There are lots of great images but I have chosen the little cup that says 'perk up'. For some reason I was rather taken with it!

It is a fun, bright card to cheer someone up!

Layering and splattering were on my mind when I made this card. I have used the lids of my Crumb Cake and Wink of Stella markers to flick ink across the cardstock. It adds texture without bulk. Even the Flirty Flamingo strip that I punched with the Decorative Ribbon Border punch got some splattering. And who wouldn't perk up after seeing some mini sequin trim!

The inside has a coffee pot which is fussy cut from the Coffee Cafe DSP.
