Just Add Ink #371 - Just Choose Two

Happy Friday! Time for another Just Add Ink Challenge. This week you have to make a choice!

For this challenge I chose a pet cat and patterned 'wall'paper!

This is a 3D box card. My friend Bronwyn Eastley made a Christmas version a few weeks ago. As soon as I saw her design I thought of a window card and well.... you can see how it turned out. You can find the instructions for making it on Bronwyn's blog. It is a fabulous design - super easy to make and it folds flat to fit into a standard C6 envelope. Oh! Only just occurred to me that it does fit into a standard envelope ..... unless you have a bike leaning up against the wall! Lucky I don't need to post this one! Oops!

You can see the 3D nature a bit in this pic. I added some Fresh Florals DSP for the wallpaper inside. And the cat is from the You've Got Style set. (Thanks for sharing it with me Kelly).

The wall is made using the Brick Wall TIEF and glossy cardstock. Before I cut the window out I rolled a sponge brayer and Crumb Cake ink over it to bring out the details. If you roll across the bricks (downwards) you get better definition.

This is the first time I have inked up Bike Ride and the possibilities of ways to use this is endless. There are so many great images, starting with this fabulous bike of course. Don't you love the basket and rack at the back? I had the cat sitting on the rack but he complained and kept falling off! The 2 step stamping makes it easy to colour each image. I love the flowers too.

The back has a panel to write a message. I have added this cute basket - it needed a small decoration!

Make sure you check out which 2 the rest of the Design Team used and if you are up for the challenge - why not enter too? We'd love to see which 2 you will choose!
