This is what I ended up with.
It is super easy to achieve as long as you are happy with it to do it's own thing and turn out how it wants. Watercolour has a mind of it's own. I have 2 tips for you so that you can achieve great backgrounds.
- Wet your watercolour paper with water in the general area that you want to put colour. This helps the inks to blend and not get too many hard lines.
- Don't overwork the ink. The key is to stop just before you are totally happy with it. As it dries the colours blend a little more and start to look great.
