Just Add Ink #595 - Just Add An Inspiration Pic - Crane of Fortune

 


Yep, it's Friday already and time for another Just Add Ink challenge. This week we have this gorgeous inspiration pic chosen by Nikki.


My card went on a bit of a weird journey! I was going to create a wreath like in the picture and use sentiments from the Crane of Fortune stamp set. As soon as I opened the stamp set the whole wreath idea went out the window and I came up with this!


The flower in the Crane of Fortune stamp set looks beautiful embossed with gold. I have die cut it with the coordinating Good Fortunes dies. I love the ginko and other foliage dies in the set too. Great for adding a little extra detail to projects. 


Some Soft Succulent Shimmer ribbon and Polished Dots adding a final touch to the wood from the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper pack.


I love the sentiments in this stamp set. Perfect for the front of cards, envelopes and ....


... the inside too.
